Sharper Labs Group Ltd is a UK-based company specialising in HR, Legal, Marketing, Academy, and Technology solutions. We are seeking talented professionals in Sri Lanka to join our growing remote team and work with a UK-based firm.


We are currently looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online presence, campaigns, and lead-generation activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing skills who is committed to delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to drive traffic.
  • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, IT, and business units) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with content creation and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
