When using the Website as a candidate, you agree to:

When using the Website as an employer or hiring manager, you agree to:

• Post only accurate and lawful job opportunities.
• Not request or process candidate information beyond recruitment purposes.
• Not engage in discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent practices.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Collect or misuse candidate or employer information outside legitimate recruitment purposes.

• Candidates retain ownership of their CVs, profiles, and content but grant us a licence to display and share them with employers.
• Employers retain ownership of their job postings but grant us a licence to display and promote them on the Website.
• The Website design, branding, and features remain the property of Sharper Labs Academy (Private) Ltd.

• We do not guarantee that job applications will result in employment.
• We do not guarantee that job postings will attract candidates.
• We do not verify every candidate or employer profile; users must carry out their own due diligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharper Labs Academy (Private) Ltd is not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on job postings, applications, or communications.
• Any disputes between candidates and employers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
