Stores Executive

As a Stores Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. You will maintain inventory records, conduct regular stock verification, and work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials. The role also involves supporting inventory control procedures while maintaining accurate documentation and an organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and inventory transactions.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and perform periodic stock verification.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures.
• Ensure proper storage practices and maintain an organized warehouse/store.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with stock audits when required.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications related to Supply Chain or Logistics are desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a computerized inventory management environment.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
