Job Description
Site Supervisor – Paving Works
Samren Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and inspect project sites according to the company’s site inspection details.
- Coordinate with the assigned laying team and supervise ground preparation, levelling and compaction.
- Supervise paving block laying and finishing works to ensure proper quality, levels and slopes.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure the completed work meets their expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, paving or site supervision will be an added advantage.
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Construction / Civil Engineering
- Experience in road construction will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of ground preparation, levelling and compaction.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
