Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, inventory-related accounts, financial reconciliations, reporting, costing, and tax compliance within our growing disposable and sustainable packaging business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Manage inventory accounting and stock-related financial records.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and other account reconciliations.
• Assist with product costing and inventory valuation.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Monitor invoices, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Support tax compliance and related financial documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory, stockist, or trading environments is an added advantage.
