  • Sharper Labs Group is a UK-based organization with a dedicated HR and Consultancy division supporting multiple businesses across the UK and internationally. We specialize in HR management, talent acquisition, compliance and migrant worker programmes in the UK. As we continue to expand our Sri Lanka operations, we are seeking serious, career-focused individuals to join our team as permanent HR Coordinators. This role is suitable for individuals who are committed to building a genuine long-term HR career, not short-term job seekers or frequent job movers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration and coordination
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation and employee records
  • Supporting compliance and HR governance processes
  • Coordinating with UK HR teams and management
  • Assisting with HR projects and reporting activities
