Role Overview
The Marketing Manager (Remote) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role operates in a fully remote environment, requiring strong communication, self-management, and digital collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Oversee content creation for digital channels and promotional campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, HR, etc.)
- Lead and manage remote marketing team members (if applicable)
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners virtually
