Job Description

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical, creative, and technical skills to manage digital platforms effectively while working in a remote environment in line with Sri Lankan employment regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising)
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across digital platforms
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Manage company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Optimize website content and user experience for better conversion rates

What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Creativity in content creation and campaign ideas
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.)


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an added advantage
