Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the footwear industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the allocated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand sales and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers to drive sales growth
  • Actively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory
  • Develop and expand the dealer network, including shoe shops and retail outlets
  • Conduct in-store visits and on-ground promotions to increase product visibility and sales
  • Introduce new footwear collections and promote key products to customers and retailers

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales (footwear, apparel, or retail industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Good understanding of footwear products, trends, and customer preferences
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and dealers
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Willingness to travel within assigned areas for field sales activities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Experience in merchandising and in-store product display will be an added advantage
